Unnamed uncarved jade
LIU XIAOWEI

The jade uncut, its value unknown;
The spirit unopened, its brilliance unseen.
Where the mundane mind wanders, is not my true self;
Where the way-seeking mind goes, gradually returns to nothingness.

The myriad forms of the world, as the breeze flows freely;
This body like a mirror, polished to greater clarity.
My heart without bounds, everything is the path,
Naturally so, all encompassed within.
